NOVA Valve provide highly quality and reliable products, Once the product has quality problem under normal operating conditions, NOVA valve will present repair proposals and plans in 4 hours, and keeping communication with customers. After the repair plan has been determined, NOVA valve will arrange the high level engineers and experts to the scene, carry out maintenance services in 24 hours, to ensure that the impact of the minimum for the client.

For some maintenance work that cannot be performed on site, NOVA valve suggest that the defective products should be repaired by return to the factory, or replace with a new product.

NOVA valve on-site and off-site repair and maintenance practices have helped customers optimize performance, prolong equipment life, and reduce costs.

For the product which cannot be used under normal conditions of storage, transportation, maintenance within 12 months since the product was shipped to site, all services are free;
